SLE Spook Walk: Parents and community members are invited to Seeley Lake Elementary’s Spook walk in the gym. Spectators can come watch the parade of students in their costumes. Please arrive early, this event will start at 2. Most classes will then head back to their classroom for their classroom parties. Halloween Reminders: Please don’t send students in their costumes. They will be able to change into their costumes in the afternoon. Please remember that face paint and toy weapons aren't allowed. Students who bring masks may be asked to take them off after the spook walk. 2. We still need cookies for the Veteran's Day program on Nov. 3rd at 9 am. Please contact Mrs. Morgenstern if you are willing. We need 10-12 dozen. No peanuts or tree nuts, please. Also, all veterans in the community are invited to sit in the front so we may honor them. 3. Picture retakes have been scheduled for Nov. 29th 4. We are at the time of year where we need to assure students are dressed for the weather. Please send kids with coats, gloves, hats and boots. 5. Please bare with us as we transition through training our new kitchen staff. We might have more processed meals during the transition. We are working hard at revamping our lunch program to include more nutritional meals and less processed food.

Reminder that tomorrow is the Trunk or Treat at the elementary school. Set up around 3:00. Runs from 4:00-6:00.

Today we had a bunch of Mr. Gibbs look-alikes! What an amazing and fun staff we have at SLE! I’m honored to be a part of such a supportive and hardworking team!

Seeley Lake Elementary School is seeking a head cook immediately for the 2022-2023 school year. Office hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The application and job description is also available at sleonline.org. The position is open until filled. Starting wage DOE.
